Orders ship within 2-3 days of their receipt unless otherwise noted. Delivery times are in addition to that, so please plan accordingly. Send us a note if you have a closer deadline! We do not guarantee delivery estimates.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Orders will ship in combined packaging, unless otherwise requested. All orders ship insured.

Returns and exchanges are easy at Verdia Jewelry. Just send us a note and ship your unworn jewelry back within 90 days in its original packaging.

Verdia designs are made from several materials, depending on what will create the most beautiful, strongest-wearing piece possible. All of our designs are available in solid sterling silver. In addition to that, our gold designs rely on vermeil and gold filled elements. Our vermeil is 24K plated over sterling silver. The layer is an evenly thick 2.5microns, which ensures that it won't flake and wear thin like flash plated fast fashion jewelry. Our gold filled pieces have 14K gold over a matching brass core, with the 14K taking up a full 5% of the weight of the piece. This is also a nice thick layer and will not wear thin over time. Our solid 14K gold pieces are just that, and the stones that we use are genuine, natural sapphires.

Caring for your Verdia Jewelry is simple and straightforward and will keep your jewelry sparkling while extending its life. 

1. Store your jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag (always supplied in each purchase)

2. Wash with mild soap, avoiding harsh cleaners, abrasives, and acidic or basic cleaners

3. Use a polishing cloth as needed, avoiding any stones

Note: If you feel like your jewelry needs to be reshaped to fit, it's usually not your size and should be switched out for another size

All of the pieces that you find here are handmade here in the US. Handmade means that each piece will be a little unique and that each piece is checked by hand to ensure that everything is at the highest standard of quality. 

Sustainability means several things at Verdia Jewelry, but the three most important are the metals we choose, our packaging, and our smithing process. Ninety-five percent of our metals are recycled and we don't let a scrap of leftovers go to waste - everything is collected and sent out for refining and reuse. Our packaging is always chosen with sustainability in mind, too. Our boxes, bags, cards, and mailers are made from recycled materials and are recyclable and reusable. When exhausted, the anti-tarnish bags can be recycled at store drop off locations, just like our mailers. And, our making space, shipping, and office are carbon negative. We are constantly evaluating our processes to reduce waste and make it more environmentally friendly.
